Sara,

Sorry I didn't see your comment until now, but we've picked up the blog and moved it to http://community.podfitness.com.

I'm sorry you're still having issues! Podfitness for Mac has been going strong for a while now, if you're having an error, we probably have a way to fix it. Contact me at brandon [ a t ] podfitness [ d o t ] com, and we'll get you in touch with our support team, and some free time added to your account for your trouble.

One thing we do know is that something with iTunes Ringtones messes up Podfitness for Mac, and you need to temporarily remove any ringtones from iTunes while you mix music with your workout.

Wow. I have been trying to use Podfitness for nearly a year. I asked to be a beta tester for the mac version and waited for months and months for it to come out. It finally was released and never worked- I got two workouts to download, and both were the wrong workouts (I opted for biking, and would get a treadmill workout). Now, nearly 6 months later, I figured things would be well worked out. I signed back up for another 10 day trial and it STILL DOESN'T WORK? What are you guys doing? I wish I'd read this blog first to find out that as of the end of August, people still couldn't get it to work.

My playlists load, but it never shows me music to add- just sits there spinning.

I really want this to work- it's a great idea.

AMC,

I responded via email, but I thought it might be helpful to post a response here from our support team:

I suggest that he try to shorten or delete some of his playlists. It seems that if you have a million playlists, or some really long ones, they won't always load.

When I launch the Podfitness mixer to mix a workout, the mixer only shows me a few of my smart playlists (ie My Top Rated, Recently Added, Recently Played and Top 25 Most Played) but it doesnt show any playlists that I've created (regular playlists or smart playlists). As the smart playlists that the mixer does allow me to view are auto-generated by iTunes, I am not able to mix my workout with the music of my choosing.

Any ideas why I can't see all the playlists that I have on iTunes? <strong>Please Help!

The podfitness challenge has really motivated me like you said above the rewards really got me motivated when I should been motivated anyway. :) I have undergone a complete lifestyle change and I have had fun too :) I started on the 22nd of april and end in july and I have lost 40 lbs so far all I use is podfitness work outs and I watch what I eat. I have posted some blogs on youtube if you wanna check them out and I explain more about myself in the one titled week 2 (I didn't have a camera for week 1 :)

I just signed up for the 30 day free trial. Very dissapointed. I am using os 10.3.9 and it does not work. Same problems as above. Does not recognize any iTunes playlists. Constantly is "disconnected".
